Fighting Crime in partnership with local people.

Wilson has beenholding crime meetings in the community for over 11 years.  After reports from local residents in 2010 about drug dealing on Gordon Road, at one of these meetings, an undercover Police operation led to several arrests and eradicated the problem.
 Wilson was also named a Community Crime Fighter by Gordon Brown, the then Prime minister in 2009, and in 2012 he was given an award for his work towards reducing local knife crime by Anti-knife UK.
